谈到2024赛季，中甲最终以第五名结束，这个排名是否符合预期？
总体来说，这是一个符合预期的结果。大家都知道，我们队伍中年轻球员较多，这是他们第一次参加中甲。在赛季初，我们没有预计会有这样的成绩，因为当时我们的目标是保住十强并争取六强。不过，由于球队内很多都是来自重庆本地的球员，他们团结一致，保持着核心战斗力，因此能够取得这个名次还是在意料之中的。
作为升班马，在2024赛季上半程联赛期间，你们一直处于冲超区，那时候情况如何呢？
上半程确实表现不错，不仅因为我们自己发挥出色，还有其他球队状态不佳，所以也存在一些运气成分。如果下半场能获得与上半场相同的积分，那么我们肯定就成功冲超了。然而，我心里清楚，下半年比赛必然充满挑战。
对于下半段明显滑坡的问题，你认为是什么原因造成的？
I had a premonition that this situation would happen。不论是在上半场还是引援之后，我们锋线效率始终未得到有效提升，可以终结比赛的人太少。向余望所承担的一切已经超过他的能力和责任范围，而缺乏他人的支持总归导致整体实力不足，从而无法复制之前好的成绩。
面对未能直接冲超带来的失望情绪，你怎么看待球迷反应？
我理解球迷这种感受。我从职业生涯来看，无论是赞美还是批评，都需要正确对待。从个人观点来看，首先团队已做得很好，无论是在排名上的突破或年轻球员通过这一平台锻炼成长方面，都远超过预期。而关于冲超问题，从客观角度看，目前我们的全面实力还不足够。虽然大家看到希望，但实际上仍有短板需克服。根据规律发展，我相信随着时间推移及条件成熟，实现回归顶级联赛不是梦想，而是一种因果关系的发展过程。
You are one of the representatives of Chongqing football, both as a player and now as a coach. After the dissolution of Chongqing Liangjiang Athletic, this team has taken on the responsibility to bring back Chongqing football to China’s top league.
If we look at our journey from amateur leagues up through professional divisions over just one year after starting in 中冠 (China League 3), it is clear that while we haven’t achieved everything yet, I see great value in having many U21 players gain experience; they represent future wealth for us. As their responsibilities grow heavier with time and trend towards improvement continues upwardly, my belief remains strong: 重庆 football will soon return to Super League status.;
The contributions made by young talents like Xiang Yuwang during training camps should not go unnoticed either!
.< p >After finishing off-season duties recently three standout youngsters—Xiang Yuwang、Li Zhenquan以及Wang Shiqin have been selected into national youth teams reflecting how talented these individuals truly are! However beyond mere talent lies important lessons learned throughout adversity faced together collectively which helps them mature further down paths ahead.< /P >
This past season taught me valuable insights regarding handling disappointments stemming from missed opportunities such experiences shape character significantly moving forward so staying humble proves crucial despite being victorious previously since every moment counts toward overall growth potential within competitive environments alike.”
Will there be worries about losing those promising prospects?.
"I certainly hope none depart because sentimentally speaking it's hard watching anyone leave especially given its implications personally but market dynamics dictate otherwise sometimes leading clubs needing make tough choices depending external circumstances."
